  • CD4 counts and viral loads
  • PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis and PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis)

- Sexually transmitted infections

- Hepatitis

- Fungal infections

- Wound infections and infections related to prosthetic devices (eg knee replacements, pacemakers, implants)

- Infections transmitted from animals (eg cat scratch disease; sandfly) and insects (eg tick bites)
